Hey Pete !
You'll have a sweet little amp when you're finished.
The Mouser "direct link" will fill out a parts order. I just checked, and there are two part they are out of stock on, or the numbers have changed.
The coupling caps are good with # 598-715P22456MD3
and the 300K resistor : 281-300K-RC
The other things you will need are three octal PC mount tube sockets, 3/8" aluminum spacers, IEC connector and fuse holder, RCA jacks and speaker binding posts, also a Hammond 156R choke. Mouser has everything but the tube sockets, you can get them from many places, Angela, Handmade, AES and many others.
Yell if you have questions. You might read the posts on here. My best advice is to avoid drilling holes in the chassis until you have all of the parts, and to use the PCBoard as a template. It has 6 mounting holes and three tube socket holes, mark a dot on the chassis at all 9 spots and go from there. The IEC power connector hole isn't easy, you can always go with a connected power cord, look at John's pictures.
