PTP Darling!!!

Postby Dk1975 » Tue Aug 12, 2014 6:39 pm

This is my first ppt build. I looked for days for an easy to follow schematic and decided on a Darling Clementine.
Edcor xpwr257 and gxse10-8-2.5k. I don't have any measuring equipment but I can say it sounds excellent. I'm
Super proud of this.

I'm a bit late to the party, but...I assume that this is a 'Double Darling' with an extra pair of 1626's? If so, how did you integrate the second pair into the Clementine schematic? I'm asking because I've considered building a double darling but wasn't completely comfortable with the schematics I found on the 'net. And BTW, beautiful job!

Hope that helps. For the left I added another r14,r20 and c6. Same for the right channel. 2.5k output transformers

This was my first ptp attempt. You probably wouldn't want to use my work as a reference. Tom McNally is a member here, and a cool guy, that has a web site with plenty of detailed ptp photos. I relied on it heavily. If you have any questions about wood working or chassis construction, I can shoot you pretty straight
