As some of you may know, I got my start into tube audio building guitar amps. This is a new design that I have created based on the Marshall JTM45 with several modifications:

1. JTM45/Plexi Switch
2. Master Volume Control
3. SS/Tube Rectifier Switch

The goal of this amp is not so much to "nail" the JTM45 or Plexi tone, but to give a versatile amp that can be run clean, dirty, treble boost, allow volume to be turned down but keep gain up and to allow spongy/tight bass. This is designed to be the do-all-end-all amp for myself. Of course, I'll continue to make amps for others, but I think this will take care of my needs.

As the build progresses, I'll post pics and updates. As soon as I can find the pictures, I'll also post an article on my Craigtone1.5 studio combo.
