Parametric eq circuit, looking for designs and schematics

Postby Newbietube » Mon Jun 30, 2014 2:33 pm

Hi, I'm in the process of putting ideas together for a bass pre amp. I'm tinkering with eq ideas but was wondering how easy or difficult it would be to have a full parametric eq , consisting of gain , frequency and Q? Of maybe three bands, bass mid treble. There doesn't seem to be a lot on this subject on the web so I thought I would ask some regular offenders.

Here is an obscure collection of schematics for all sorts of audio gizmos - both tube and solid state.

I'd have a look thru' this lot to see if there is anything of use to you.

I have a schematic for solid state parametric, does this interest you? It is tested and works.

Take a look at the active xovers that Marchand offers. Schematics are posted on their site.

they use card modules, but you could wire in rotary selectors.
