on a solid body electric, the body can be literally almost any old chunk of anything; the neck is 90% of the battle, from a functional standpoint....this was some junky piece of rock maple i found in a bargain bin, and the fretboard is pre-radiused, pre-slotted(for frets). no truss rod in the neck, either *)
....soundbrigade's kit looked so nice i had to chime in with my shop foolishness

So this good old forum is stull up and run.. limping. Cool!

I finally got my Rocklear guitar together, had it painted and swapped all nickel-silver details to GOLD!
