I messed up the hole in the baffle, and had to redo it. Its cut by hand with jigsaw as I don't have a circle jig.
Still making the terminal plate bezel, gonna be a few days till I finish the chasing.
The baffle is setback at the top edge. This helps to bring the treble up off the floor, similar to tilting the cab back on legs. It also makes the front edge an easy handle. I may add a strip of 1x1 here to give the hand something to wrap around.
I'm probably going to add some sort of corner protectors too.
Total material cost so far(not including driver) under $40. Half of that is materials, the rest is the can of shellac, and glue.
