Looks like Janis Joplin, after she operated a 240VAC hair dryer while standing in a full bathtub 
IIRC, R. Crumb was one of the more infamous "underground comics" artists in the 60s and 70s. The likes of Mister Natural, Zippy the Pinhead, etc, were his creations...
I suppose that a 21st century version of a tube powered "Pignose" amp could be built inside. girl
Or build in a "Champ" with a 6 inch speaker, perhaps.
