Anodic voltage delay - relay question

Please if I would insert a delay relay in the anodic circuit as on this tread

the relay must be with a voltage higher than anodic (in my amp a 280 - 0 - 280v unrectified) or I can put a 220-250v 10-15A relay as the anodic has max 300ma
or can I use a double shunter putting the contacts in "series" ???
