The only thing about 36rs that is hard to find are the end-play shims. Nobody is reproducing them yet. I found a couple recently and am hanging onto them like gold, don't ask, they are not for sale!

I sure miss my '72 Ghia. My first car...It was destroyed in a collision with an Economy Line van. I hit ice and locked the wheel to the right but the Ghia kept going left...Not much front end traction in that car..not much at all. I also wasn't aware of the front end "crumple zone". VW was way ahead of their time on that feature! :)
