I've found over the years that packages from Russia / Ukraine / Lithuania / Belarus can take as little as ten days and as long as 4 to 6 weeks, it all depends on the vagaries of the postal systems over there, and the time of year (the last two weeks of December, and first week or two of January generally being the absolute slowest) . Apparently that part of the world goes on a 3 or 4 week long "toot" for Christmas / New Years / Winter Festival /Boxing Day / Kwanzaa / etc.
Only once did a shipment of 16 6P14Ps get lost in delivery, and the seller later replaced them at no cost to me, with 16 6P14P-EVs. The cost of original 16 tubes at the time was $32, and the shipping was $8, so it came out to 2.50 per tube, delivered. Not too shabby...
