A 50 ohm, 10W WW resistor will work. There may be some excessive residual 120Hz ripple, but it won't hurt anything. A C354 replacement from Triode Electronics, or Hammond (156R) is around $12.
The standard ST-70 PSU choke is 1.5 Henries, rated at 200 mA and has a DC resistance around 56 ohms. The Triode or Hammond units will fit the mounting holes and are low-profile so they will fit under the relatively shallow ST70 chassis.
