The Chong PCB board is better quality, looks like it was profesionally manufactured and is 2 sided and the layout is extremely well thought out.
The SDS board looks home made and etched and rough fiberglass around the edges, like multiple boards from one sheet and cut into many. Quality seems ok for use but rather crude in comparison.
The Chong board is also more compact.
imho... Chong is the way to go.
just a little pricier, but still not expensive at all.
Chong comes pre-stuffed only, SDS comes stuffed, as a kit, or board by itself.
This is comparing the cap ST70 boards, I'll assume the MKIII are very close.
