All new tubes. The tubes have about three hours usage on them. Tung Sol 6550 output tubes.

These sound and function great. The input controls allow you to use or bypass the 12AY7 stage. Some feel this stage has too much gain. These amps will perform with some of the best now. Shipping weight and cost is a consideration. I'm asking $1000.00 OBO plus shipping to your destination. Shipping cost will be the actual shipping cost plus any foam and packing needed to secure shipping without damage.

I didn't know that. I can tell you they absolutely beat everything I have heard. I bought 5) of them last year and sold one to a gentleman out west so he could complete his pair. This one was a older model that had the large resistors that mounted up thru the chassis and it didn't match the other four. Shipping is probably the factor that will stop most people and I estimate it at $ 80-100 to most places in the U.S. Shipping will be the actual amount and will include manditory insurance and will be foam packed. New tubes with about 4-5 hrs running time. Just enough to hear the sweetness and to monitor operation to make sure that no problems came up and they didn't.

if I didn't have four, including one of Geek's. Dynamutts, I'd scarf it up. It's a sweet deal. I once sold a pair of Poseidon Mark IIs with Chart Chong power supply to a buyer, He loved them, but sold them for what he considered the ultimate, the Allens. BTW: Thes usually sell for $1400+.

Yes, it is a sweet deal for someone. Yes again they usually go for around $1400 or so. I'm trying to make someone a good deal and fund another hobby. I do however plan to keep a pair for myself. I originally purchased the 5 and was going to add them to the video system and also help heat the basement in these winter months. Unfortunately the wife has other plans and they don't include 5 mono blocks taking up a good share of her space. So, a total of three of them will go and one is already gone with two left. Here is your chance for a deal. Find yourself in Iowa then look me up come by and listen to these incredible amplifiers. These have matching transformers unlike some of the 75's that surface on ebay and the condition is very good.
