I prefer not to purchase from eBay. As-is and unable to test are bogus excuses for people that found something at a yard sale and now are trying to make $100 off a resale. There is a 1650 right in my back yard that is beat up, 'condition unknown' and way too much. I was told I could come by and purchase it, but not test the functionality first! Real nice.

I'd gladly pay the proper price if someone has one that is working and they are no longer using it.
