SCA35 CCPCB PSU Boards

Just got some new SCA-35 power supply boards with an option to use a CCS in the cathodes of the 6BQ5's and balance!
(Constant Current Protected Cathode Bias). This is a different method than Dave's and isn't the EFB circuit.
