Old HP test equipment

Postby mesherm » Tue Jun 11, 2013 12:12 pm

Our company is moving and we are tossing storage cabinets of old unused or out of cal instuments.
I rescued three vintage HP instruments, a 410B VTVM, a 200CD sine wave generator, and a 211A square wave generator.
If there is anyone in driving range of Glendale California they are free for the taking. I just hate to toss them but I have no room in my apartment.
If no one wants them I will just have to yank the tubes and off they go to the recycler.
Anyone interested can email me at dynaco_dude@hotmail.com.
Mike's N-1 Rule: When looking for N number of components to finish a job, you have a 95% chance of only finding N-1 of them.

Fine wine comes in glass bottles, not plastic sacks. Therefore the finer electrons are also found in glass bottles.

If they're no takers you may want to contact the local radio club and donate it to them. Clubs in my area like to auction off the old stuff to raise funds.
A good cause to keep the hobby alive.
