Budgerigar swap

Postby dhuebert » Wed Jul 27, 2011 5:25 pm

I have a couple of Shannon's boards which I am unlikely to build up; a Get Set Go and an ST70 driver board:

I would like to swap these for a set of budgie boards. The ST70 driver is mostly populated but with pretty run of the mill bits and the GSG has ceramic tube sockets and I can include the rare Baldwin 6SN7s with it. Anyone interested?

Just for the record... we all know the 6SN7 doesn't belong in either of those sockets, right? They're just a bonus?

You must have way too many of those tubes to put
those boards like that, and with a hard floor too . ;)
Balanced sound etc, eh?

I dismantled a Baldwin organ a couple of years ago and got over 70 6SN7s and about 40 12AX and AU7s. But they bounce off hardwood floors, ask me how I know.

But first you have to tell us what you need? Or are you just looking to make it interesting?

Just make it interesting. I can use anything. Otherwise I'll just trade Don straight up.
