WTB: Hickok 539C Lid (Any Conditon)

I'm looking for a lid to the 539C tube tester. This one would be the wood type with the black tolex, not the aluminum case. I'm not too concerned with condition.. as long as the hardware is still there.

Also, if anyone has an extra plastic lens cover for the transconductance meter of said 539C (later non-bakelite type), I'd be indebted as well.

I've got one that I'm trying to restore and so far an coming up short on these two items.
