This one is ready to be serviced, polished and put into daily use as your main amp. I did notice a small bulge on the end of one of the PS caps. It comes with a quad of Chinese made Golden Dragon KT66's and two HK marked 6CG7's.
The flash makes it look a bit nicer in a few pics than it may be. I did a bit of test polishing on it and it appears as though it will clean up nicely.
