A very generous and tempting offer. Hopefully my common sense will soon return and I'll realize that I have no use for such a beast either.
"It's a different experience; the noise occlusion, crisp, clear sound, and defined powerful bass. Strong bass does not corrupt the higher frequencies, giving a very different overall feel of the sound, one that is, in my opinion, quite unique."
I'll take em. just found a use for my 350v 2500 uf cap in a SE 6em7 amp.
5v3a feeding a CRCRC filter. 50UF-100 ohm-50uf 150 ohm-2500uf. tried a 5y3 tube but it started going nuclear. PSUD told me the 5v3a would survive. it sounds dead quiet in my Fonkens with fostex FE103E's. we can do paypal.

no butter knifes but there has been a screw driver a couple of times. better than getting zotted. i probably should discharge them with a resistor to ground but it hasn't happened yet. :)
Yes, but the capacitor in the video was clearly just a little toy cap. It couldn't have been more than 80uF @ 450V. Just imagine what 1,500 uF does when it goes sour.
