I'll have to do some serious deep digging "cellar archaeology" but I may have a spare, pre-stuffed C or D rev board.
I do have a spare B rev , and even one of the very rare green A rev boards, but I presume you'd want the C or D version.
This could take a day or two...
I even have a ready to go, pre-punched and drilled 8X12X2 chassis which would fit a C or D board, and the standard ST35 iron. It may need a bit of cleanup on the red paint job, it's just a bit less than "perfrect". I also have a top cage in the original Hammond gray paint finish. I tranferred its former guts & parts to one of the "soundtastick" stainless steel chassis a couple years ago.
I also have a spare built up unit, which is complete.
