tube adapter kits

I've received pledges for 10 6SL7/6SN7~miniature adapter kits, but I'd like to get at least 15 more so we can get the $4.75 price.
Here's the pitch:
The $4.75 covers my cost for the socket saver, tube socket, box or shipping envelope, and first class US postage. That means you can buy two (for stereo, right?) for less than the cost of one if you ordered from Antique Electronics Supply ($12.95 + shipping).
If you get four, you can wire two of them for the 12a*7 family, and two (for stereo, right?) for 6CG/FQ/GU/BQ7/DJ/AQ8 applications. Isn't that amazing!
