two ST-70's ft for st-35 clones

i've got two st-70s with various goodies for sale or barter that i never got around to playing with. one amp is original and checkes out fine. the other has uncle ned's update board bolted in but not hooked up.
here's the list:

-two st-70s, one with uncle neds upgrade board bolted in but not hooked up-and yes, i still have the original board.
-a set of uncle neds boards, stuffed and ready to go
-a set of sds labs cap boards, also stuffed
-eight original el34 RCA tubes
-four original 7199 GE tubes
one nos RCA 5ar4 tube
-a new set of eight J.J. tesla el34s still in the box
- eight 9 pin ceramic sockets and bezels

as I'm the world's worst solderer in addition to being hopeless around schematics, i'm hoping that some on the forum would be interested in bartering for a set of their st-35 clones that they're temped to sell off soon anyway. i'm certainly open to creative suggestions.
