Three pairs of transformers and what to do with them

Postby soundbrigade » Tue Jul 26, 2016 4:35 pm

I was correcting some info on a Swedish BDSM-forum where I am trying to sell corsets when I ran into pictures of old amplifiers. Suddenly I realized that I have three (propably more)pairs of transformers from China that I happened to buy, just like that.
Right now I have no clues what to do with tem, asking fellows of the Dark Cult of Third Curch of Diy Tube to come with some blasphemic ideas.
The transformers are:
#1 PP UL-taps, 10K Raa, 15W (link that may or may not work)
#2 SE, UL-taps, 5K, 60mA, 8W (link that may or may not work)
#3 SE, UL-taps, 3.5K, 8W, 65mA (link that may or may not work)

I think the transformers are out of stock today and/or the links are only open to me and my account. But the basic data is given.
I have an assortment of small power tubes like ECL82/6, 6V6, 12A6 and some other.

Hopefully they don't sound like what cattle output.
At first I wanted to be a ET. Now I are one.

Fine wine comes in glass bottles, not plastic sacks. Therefore the finer electrons are also found in glass bottles.

You missed that!? You ultrareligious and sex-frustated/hating Americanos ..... O:)

What I missed was the 10K of the PP tranny. Guess I have a pair of Edcor 8 or 10K SE för either 10Y or 2C39A, both asking for high impedance load.
2.5k ... 3.5K is perfect for most small wattage tubes, but 5K, could do with GU50, but I'm worried about Ia and P.

Yeah, yeah, very funny >:o

What would you do with a 5K, smaller SE-tranny? Two 2A3s in series .... no, that doesn't worke like that. :/

5K SE: EL84, 6V6GT, 2A3, 6B4G, 6BM6 / ECL82 / 6F3P, etc.

the 2A3 / 6B4G may play better with the 3.5K cattle winding interoscitor bovine trangenderiser matching unit ;) (lol) (???) :/ [:)

Transhender?! >:o I want stuff to be genderneutral, dehumanised ..... :/

I check for the 6V6 solution then or, why not 832 (y) ?

GU50 calls for 5K, but some sorces say 12W ... =:o
