It's got 9 pins and I'm wondering if it's a 12AX7? (???) (???) (???) (???) (???)

That's what I thought, but like the monkey in the Lion King said "Look harder".

It might have 12AX7 on there somewhere.

Not 12AX7. Magnoval sweep tube.

Interesting that it's stamped both 6V and 13V filament (???)

Fine wine comes in glass bottles, not plastic sacks. Therefore the finer electrons are also found in glass bottles.

I guess the stamping machine was on strike at the time, and it's replacement just decided to stamp both voltages on. It is indeed a 13GB5, according to the filament resistance. I wonder if in 50 years I can get $100,000 for it like, those coins that were double stamped?
