Good price on the cap , but I hate the $3.50 for the Clamp

just out of curiosity, besides values, what are the differences between "start" and "run" caps....? or are there any?

Start caps are electrolytic. They are used for a very short period of time and the high losses of the dielectric aren't a problem. Used as a PSU cap, they can go *BOOM!* 
Run caps are normally polypropylene or PIO.
HOWEVER - they are good below 400Hz (PSU's)... their internal construction makes them not broadband without derating (at 20KHz for example, they can arc-around their dielectric at the edges internally).

You know I would never buy a metal clamp;)
Typically, if it will do a voltage AC, the DC rating is a bit higher. Not sure on these though.

600Volt AC X 1.414 = 848.4 DC volts call it 800 to be on the safe side
