I'm sure you can if it is full wave, but it will act like 2 half waves, and regulation will be poor. It sounds like, if you can use 2 bridges instead of halfs it should work great. But I really don't think (like 99.9999999%) that you can have 2 grounds on a transformer. You can have 2 - 14 volt supplies, but the top one will be 14 volts above the bottom's voltage. You'll basically have a 28 volt supply with a center tap.
