PAS-2/3 Schematic - PC5 and PC6 - Where is F+, F-, and B+

On to the next saga for my PAS2. I purchased the z-mod upgrade from TubeNirvana and the cap board upgrade from Triode. Unfortunately, the triode board references the original PC5 and PC6 eyelets in their schematic which don´t match those for the TubeNirvana PCBs. Can anyone with knowledge of the original PCBs or just good at reading schematics (schematic http://www.tubes4hifi.com/Dyna%20PAS3%20manual.pdf confirm if my assumptions are correct?:

PC5
Eyelet 16 = B+
Eyelet 18 = F+
Eyelet 19 = F-

PC6
Eyelet 14 = F-
Eyelet 15 = F+
Eyelet 16 = B+

The Dynaco eyelet functions that you posted are correct. Keep in mind that the tube heaters are wired in series, so the original voltage that appears at E-18 (PC-5) and E-15 (PC6) is +22-24VDC, not 11-12VDC.
