Analog is Real! Experience it!
Digital leads to trans humanism. Not good.

http://www.onlinemetals.com

As well and they have special brokerage-included shipping for Canadians. No $200 surprise bill three months later! :))

Fine wine comes in glass bottles, not plastic sacks. Therefore the finer electrons are also found in glass bottles.

Ive purchased from onlinemetals. Last time it was a 1" slice off a 4" brass bar.

My normal supplier would only sell it by the foot.

http://landfallsystems.com/index.php/

They are setup to do DIY enclosures. Very soon they will be able to take your generated plans and do them to spec from the downloaded files. Instead of having to go through 2 or 3 steps on the enclosure it can save time and the results are supposed to be quite good. A friend of mine got his last build from them. It was possible to get the enclosure and if one wishes they can do the drill work as well, I think.

I've considered ditching preamps and offering chassis. I use 16ga steel to do mine. I've put 30+ lbs of iron on them without issues.

Landfall, coincidentally is just down the street from me. Nice guys!

They are who Pete Millet uses mostly.

I would like to check out landfall systems but their website seems to be malfunctioning, or maybe my version of windows could be incompatible.

No, not just you... they have their heads up their @$$ >:o

They need a webmaster that has heard of standards beyond when Netscape 2 existed ;)

It's a small operation with very few machinist. Nice guys, but I doubt they are much more profitable than most of us DIYers. I would not click the link every day waiting for a new site :)
