Haven't been to the BAMA archive in a while, and it seems down. Is this a temporary issue?

Looks like edebris.com was sold, and it no longer hosts the "bama" sub-domain. You might find the page you need at http://archive.org/web/ .

Aaaannnnnndddd it's back up. Whew! Their copy of the service manual has great schematic scans. I hope the Boat Anchor archive never disappears. :'(

Yup. It's back up. They fixed it. Earlier, it was supposed to refresh, ultimately to a domain park; That's why I thought it was sold.
