SE Output Tranny Calcs

Just found this site, on another amp site, good information about calculating SE OPT values:

http://www.turneraudio.com.au/se-output ... alc-1.html

Scroll down the page, to table 1A and Table 2, if you just want the data. *) (y) [:)

Pat Turner is a neat ol' curmudgeon. You can chat with him likely still on rec.audio.tubes (net)

Fine wine comes in glass bottles, not plastic sacks. Therefore the finer electrons are also found in glass bottles.

Great link Ed. Last time I checked, rec.audio.tubes disintegrated into a name-calling fest. Turner is also on FB, but has only 1 friend.

I joined that page - that's for the heads up, Ed. May as well get some tube amp porn mixed in with my daily LOLZ cat pix and Facebook ads. (lol)

Look at this joker:

I think I found your FB page out of the myriad with the same name... (I'm #735) *)

Jim Parker really follows the true DIY tube amp building spirit...

Even built up some 6AR6 PP monoblocks.

I don't do FB, :o)

but Turner's web pages are great!! (y)

I designed my EL34SE-UL using his data. I'm drilling the chassis plate now and will start wiring pretty soon. [:)
