Anyone familiar with Radford amplifiers? Even better, does anyone own one.

I don't know if they exist in the states because they were an English company.

I think the Radfords are very much standard amps much like the designs shown in various papers. Standard Williamssons with EL84 and EL34. Good workhorses but nu bells and whistles.
