transformer frequency

I have a surplus Avel-Lindberg toroid transformer that has dual 115vac primaries and dual 22vac secondaries -- the frequency is 47/400hz. Can I use this with our US 60hz? Thanks for any help.

Thanks. Are there any disadvantages in using it at the different frequency?

The 47 to 400 HZ is the spread of the operating frequincies , it was made to operate at all of them from Europe to aircraft and ships .Cost is the only disadvantage is cost more to make , but operationally no disadvantage .
