DIY Listening room.

Have not heard this topic talked about to often. Anyone have pics of "their space" or links to pics of cool listening rooms?

I'm just renovating our house with plans to sell and upgrade. That is if the marriage survives this ordeal. We are still camped out in the loft at work LOL. But being in painting mode we are close to moving back. Then putting it on the market.

Anyhow. My/our ambition is to buy a larger modern house (with 0% asbestos) with a two car garage. Attatched garage is most common it seems. But a detatched would be even better for me. I have pre-emptively staked out the garage as my space LOL. And hopefully one climate controled room in the basment or something for a media library. I have a growing record collection as well as 6000 odd 8 tracks, some cassettes, elcasets and of course lots of reel to reel. One day my dream is to have it all shelved alphabetacaly. Well away from dampness and speakers.
