spanish 6bq5's?!?

i got a pair of el-84 from a friend today that say "el84/6bq5 Made In Spain". the lettering is tan and there is also "pX3 S81" near the bottom of the tube. the getter is very dark silver and there are four ridges in the top of the tube. smells british?

anyone know what these are? never heard of a spanish tube...
