A google search for MI-4256 shows that it's a pre-WWII Theater Amp ... a Japanese site shows some nice pix of a restored amp. Someone says it needs a lot of drive. Might be a fund project, if you had a use for one or a lot of patience while you looked for a second one.

I did a search on 4252, which was the number used in the description. It did not reveal any useful info...

Two of these would be the way to go.
