Dynaco PT, PB085

Looking for some info on a Dynaco PT, PB085... I haven't got a clue about the origin! I do know it's some sort of a replacement (could be made way back here in Sweden)... But for what model? I guess the model/s:n's should be consistent nontheless. Any info welcome! :)
