First attempt with PSUDII, Transformer specs?

I will probably use this transformer for a heater supply on a phono stage.

Primary is 120vac, Secondary is 12.5vac

Wall Voltage is 123vac

Measure windings with meter: Is this step ok?
Primary is 13.3 Ohms
secondary is .4 Ohms
Off Load Voltage is 14.62vac

Plugged data into PSUDII shows the transformer as 14.62v RMS and 587m ohms.

Is this correct?

By the way I don't seem to get it all that smooth, CLC or CRC seem to be about the best/same, one more section does not seem to help (RC or LC).

Any advice?
