Aikido dual coupling cap question?

What values have you used in C1 and C2 positions (.1uf-4uf)?

The downloadable doc talks about one for limited satellites and one for a subwoofer.

If I have two outputs I would like one full range and one for subwoofer if possible?

What is possible and what have you used for caps?
