6AS7/6080 Lilliput No. 2

Put this project together to rescue a 6V6 PP project that flopped (hence those extra unfilled sockets). I really detest 6V6s. IMO, they are better left alone in guitar amps. I am running those 6AS7s at 62 mA with 237V at the plate. They are driven by 12AX7s. I was hoping that the high mu on 12AX7 would compensate the low mu on 6AS7, and it worked great. I am using PT and choke that I salvaged from a PA amp. Those OPTs are Hammond 125Es.
The amp is pretty loud. Not as loud as the GSG, but pretty darn close. Clean mellow sound with great bass. I don't care what people say about 6AS7s being unfit for audio use, they make a good sound amp. Here are some pictures:

I built a parafeed 6080/6as7 driven by a 12at7 and it sounds better than my SE KT88 and my 832A PP amp.

I might try your circuit one of these days.
If my boss is a bit more stupid, I have to water him twice a week!
