What would you do with a pair of Heath W3-AMs

I have a guy who wants me to take a look at these monoblocks and devise a plan to improve overall performance. I was going to recap, upgrade coupling caps, replace power resistors if neccessary, tweak the PS, change to recamic sockets, replace RCA inputs, and etc. Fo PS, I was hoping that Sheldon Stokes made SDS cap boards, but he doesn't. He does W5s though. I would also like to make it easy to bias the output tubes. Do you have any specific suggestions as to make these amps sound better? -Min
