Fine wine comes in glass bottles, not plastic sacks. Therefore the finer electrons are also found in glass bottles.

even cheaper, a $3 tube of 100% silicone caulk should put an end to most mechanical vibration,on 100s of tubes.....use the clear stuff so you still get the glow effect

Think twice about building your next amp with old Soviet parts from eBay:

That was an Orbital Sciences rocket. Not sure if they used Soviet parts or not.

Russian supplied engines that were "americanized" (updated to US specifications).

" Aerojet AJ26 engines, which are modified Soviet-built NK-33 engines. Together they produce 3,265 kilonewtons (734,000 lbf) of thrust at sea level and 3,630 kN (816,100 lbf) in vacuum.[6] As Orbital has little experience with large liquid stages and LOX propellant, some of the Antares first stage work was contracted to the Ukrainian Yuzhnoye SDO, designers of the Zenit series.[12] The core provided by Yuzhnoye includes propellant tanks, pressurization tanks, valves, sensors, feed lines, tubing, wiring and other associated hardware.[20]" From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antares_%28rocket%29
