I'm hoping these sockets have the right pin spacing for the Budgie SE board I just got:

It says "13/16 tail diameter" which looks about right from my measurement of the PC board. This guy:

is on vacation for a few weeks (and they also ship from China, long wait). So hopefully these will work; I'll report back when I receive them. If anybody knows for sure, feel free to comment (c)

I usually get them from Handmade Electronics ... nice ones for $ 1.75

Thanks Tom -- looks like I got the right pin spacing. Will note that supplier for future.

Those fatter ones will fit the PCB A-OK. I used that style several years ago, but switched to the style Tom uses when I had some bad socket connections (admittedly caused by me poking the sockets with dental tool). The newer PCB style just permits easier inspection of the pin contact, and adjustment if necessary. I prefer the glazed vs unglazed variety if you can get them.
