Troubleshooting

Is there a troubleshooting guide for this amplifier. Mine is not producing sound and when I check voltages with the tubes inserted I get 278 volts at J6 J1 J2 and before and after R21. Is there any information on what voltages I should have at various points in the circuit?

The schematic has the voltages on it (page 1 & 2). Go ahead and take the voltages at V1, V2, and V3 pins 1 through 9 and post them here.

I have been away so I just now checked the voltages. The only way I can get any voltage is to connect negative lead of the meter to the middle pin of J4( black w/red from the power transformer) is this normal? the following readings are without the tubes inserted.
V1 pin #/DC volts 1/280, 2/275, 3/280, 4/280, 5/280, 6/280, 7/280, 8/280, 9/280
V2 pin #/DC volts 1/50, 2/280, 3/282, 4/282, 5/282, 6/263, 7/277, 8/97, 9/281
V3 pin #/DC volts 1/60, 2/271, 3/282, 4/282, 5/282, 6/92, 7/280, 8/60, 9/282
That makes no sense to me.
Also there is no volume control or headphone jack installed as I would be using this in a system with a 3 way electronic crossover.
Thanks for the help.

Good info. J4 pin 2 is a "No Connect" and floating. Solder your center tap lead (black and red wire) to one of the GND eyelets by C11. See page 3 of the manual.
