Ike Feedback/Tuning Tweaks

I'm still working on changing the manual and BOMs - about half-way done.

The original tuning in the Ike that has been in the manual for a couple years is still good. I spent a lot of time tuning it then. But the gain is around 30dB @ 8 ohms, and this mod lowers it to around 23dB. This may permit a better match with your preamp, permitting a wider range of volume control and a lower noise floor.

High Frequency Tuning
1) Change R8 to 2K (Mouser pn# 71-RN65D-F-2.0K)
2) Change C7 to 220pF (Mouser pn# 5982-15-500V220)
3) Change C8 to 470pF (Mouser pn# 5982-15-500V470)

Low Frequency Tuning
1) Change C3 & C4 to .047uF/600V (Mouser pn# 75-715P600V0.047)
