If you must use tube rectifiers on your high wattage amp, then go for the 390+390. You'll need every volt to get to the promised land. FWIW, I haven't looked at the voltage ratings of the glass rectifiers so that may be something to look at. You may end up using chokes in your power supply, too. Luckily, push-pull does a fantastic job with ripple rejection.
BTW, I assume these are power transformers center tapped and you'll use full wave rectification, right?
