Hi Ed,

Yeah, they sound great. Thanks for the compliments. The chassis aren't perfect, but they'll do.

I can't wait to try some KT88's in it, something more powerful than the EH EL34's that are in them now. You can see I tired the 6L6GC's from my Mesa Boogie guitar amp, and it sounded very nice with those.

I'm running the EL34's at 60 mA, should the 6L6GC's be biased at around the same current levels at the EL34's or a bit lower/higher?

Muschy,

I can't comment on 6L6's because I don't have any! Sounds like a shame doesn't it? Maybe I should get some. I do have some JJ KT-88's and love 'em. I run those at 72 mA.
