Maybe you could clarify it ?

How much voltage peak to peak is the eiclone capable of?

Amplifier output power is usually specified in watts at a certain load impedance ... peak to peak where ? what impedance ? what configuration ?

check out this set of measurements Shannon took ...

I would like to build another amplifier from scratch. I would like to use some KT88's or KT90's as output tubes. I need a driver stage that is capable of around 100 volts peak-to-peak output in order to drive the output stage to clipping.

How many volts peak-to-peak is the eiclone driver board capable of? With one volt in what is the output of the driver stage?
