I an building a clementine 6l6GC version.
it has been sugested that I use some feedback, but maybe not use UL taps... keeping the amp easy to drive without a pre.

From what Ive read... 3db feedback is a good idea (thanx Shannon).
For 3db feedback I just need to add 2.1 or 2.2k 3w resistor to R28 and R27 and attach to J11 and J10?
Does this make sense?

What resistors are used for 6db feedback?

Thanx everyone. I love my 300b, hopefully this will be as smooth.

Correct. For 3dB negative feedback, just use a 2.2K resistor at R27 & R28 and connect your output to J11 & J12. I don't have a parallel cap value at this time, but it isn't needed and can be added later.

For 6dB of feedback, follow the Clementine ULtra instructions, but don't do the UL part (i.e. no UL hookup and leave the triode strapping 100 ohm resistors in there).

Here are my thoughts on the Clementine 6L6 varieties:
#1 Triode strap no FB
#2 Triode strap with FB 3db
#3 UL + FB 6db

I think #1 is excellent on its own, and #2 just makes it a little better. #3 almost doubles the power & has a good triode sonic signature, but needs a good preamp. All three have their place.
