Others have recommended the Shure M97xE. On that recommendation, I bought one and was pleased with it.

A couple of caveats:

1) It's not P mount.
2) Sometimes Shure QC isn't what it ought to be. The first one I received had a crooked cantilever. Shure customer service was very friendly, and promptly replaced it under warranty.
3) The Shure has quite a different sound from an Audio Technica cart. If you prefer AT, Shure might not be for you.

My turntable is an old Technics SL-Q2, if it makes any difference.

edit... I did a quick search on your Denon DP-7F, and see that only P mounts are compatible. In other words, the M97xE cannot work for you.

Here is what I found online

Any one can suggest me? Mostly I will play jazz and classical music.
Shure or AT or any other brand, I don't know which one is better

I would suggest researching the older Stanton p-mount carts (something similar to a 681EEE). I may even have one. You could pickup a used cart cheap on eBay and then order a new, high performance stylus.
